12.10.2020 – She is Palestinian, he is Israeli – Raya and Uzi are behind la Galette de l’Orient in Plainpalais – rue du Vélodrome ! One of the best Middle Eastern food in Geneva !
They have been running their take-away food business for years ! How come I didn’t know them ? Geneva people … don’t miss out on their “galettes” (out of this world !). Raya and Uzi also have a great sense of humour and hospitality ! Loved my lunch and loved meeting them ! (When a Palestinian, an Israeli and an Iranian meet in Geneva – of course it’s about food and it is not negotiable !)
