The Palestinian Internship Program (PIP) provides young Palestinian professionals with work experience placements at leading Israeli, Palestinian, and multinational companies.

Since 2014, PIP has matched over 100 Palestinian interns with 60+ companies in fields such as tech, business, and finance.
Through PIP engagement, the program works to build long-lasting professional and personal relationships between Palestinian tech leaders and Israelis.
